Video Game Industry

TSC is the oldest and most experienced search/recruiting organization in the game industry. Established in 1968, TSC initially recruited for clients in the coin-op equipment industry (Williams, Gottlieb, Rock-Ola, Chicago Coin, etc.) and was frequently utilized by Coleco, Magnavox and Atari at the dawn of video gaming during the 70's. Our continued success in home entertainment, Internet, arcade and casino gaming has resulted in the placement of individuals with almost every major publishing/development organization in gaming. Our range of assignments have included everything from Programmers to CEO's to the staffing of complete studios, including comprehensive Marketing and Sales capabilities. Recent assignments include searches for a VP Marketing, Channel Sales Manager, Public Relations Manager, Producers for many different game genres, Studio Directors, Artists, Programmers, Technology Directors and many more. While the current social/multi-media/wireless platforms dominate the most frequently requested areas of experience, we are also involved in ongoing searches for a number of Console, On-line and PC development efforts. TSC offers clients both retainer and contingency fee arrangements at competitive industry rates. In addition, our Blue Marble Studios subsidiary provides full development services, contract/interim team personnel and game concept representation.
